The Liquid Edge creates a new style of acoustic music that has been compared to Theory of a Deadman, Three Days Grace and Alice In Chains.

Driving riffs combined with delicate acoustic sounds create a unique groove and genuineness in every song that delivers the message with crystal clarity and inspires the listener with soul and energy that they can call their own. It is best described as progressive, dipped in earthy acoustic tones, and tossed together with strong melodies and sophisticated lyrics that reflect reality.

The Liquid Edge was formed in 2005 when friends Tim Connors and Rus Miller reunited after a long hiatus. They had formerly played together from 1992 -1998 in the progressive hard rock band Solace. Robert Meyer completed the lineup. "We share a tight bond that encourages creativity and collaboration while also delivering a passionate performance. We are good friends with a healthy respect for one another and it shows in our music" says Tim.

Robert started playing guitar and singing at the age of 12 and was the frontman/singer of Virgin recording artist "World on Edge". With multiple hit singles under his belt, he has shared the stage with the likes of Richard Marx, Roxette, Glass Tiger and Sass Jordan. "When you offer people truth and honesty, a glimpse into your soul, they want to keep listening to you" he says.

Tim's acoustic guitar fills a room. He also provides solid backing vocals and is the studio engineer of The Liquid Edge. Tim has a background in classical guitar and violin but finds inspiration in all genres of music. "Music allows me to express myself on a deeper level than words alone" he says.

Rus started out playing piano and brass instruments when he was 5 years old but found his true calling as a bass player. He has played in bands Broken Glass, The Stand, Solace, and others. His melodic and driving acoustic bass lines get under your skin to glue rhythm and melody together in a unique way.

Introspective, genuine, and memorable... the essence of The Liquid Edge.
